Social Media Proposal

For my social media proposal, I will be working with the Child Care Council. They are a research & referral agency that helps parents find quality child care and provides workshops for both parents and providers. The Child Care Council is a not-for-profit agency, therefore they rely heavily on grants and funders.

I will be proposing a Video Blog for the Council, which would mainly feature the executive director giving the talking points of Board Meetings and would take feedback on proposed projects, etc. The heads of each department would also post on the video blog to keep donors, parents and the general public abreast of the agency's functions. This would help advocate the research & referral agency's cause and also provide parents and donors with useful information and a sense of connection with the agency.
