A great post on the value of social media. It's not just an add-on to any campaign, sometime it IS the campaign. It also includes a link to an even better post counterarguing the usual suspects against the use of social media.

The second post, summarizes very well some of the arguments discussed in class and it is a must read for anyone pretending to sell a social media campaign within their organization.
